Learn the production process of Tunnel Hill Mushrooms from start to finish, starting from in-lab and ending in the tunnel. Discover how to harvest mushrooms, prepare mushrooms for cooking and sample the mushrooms cooked on our one-of-a-kind ‘train BBQ’. Unearth the history of the old railway tunnel where we produce mushrooms. This 2–3 hour experience hosts a maximum of 12 guests.
